At Gold Star Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and gently used products.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original box and use protective padding to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
